Who we are

Founded in 1998 with the initial registered name: “Energie Europe Service” (EES) which specializes in the decentralized production of electrical and thermal energy and ensures the development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the power plants. Historically, EES was focused on fossil fuel technologies and then the company has gradually diversified by using biomass, biogas, and photovoltaic solar radiation as primary energy sources.

In the past years, EES has been marked by a significant modification of the laws, serving as a support mechanism for the photovoltaic sector. EES has refocused on its core business and is developing its activity in the supply of energy solutions to manufacturers, the tertiary sector, and local authorities.

EES is thus present at all stages of the construction of biomass, biogas or co-generation energy production plants, by being active in project development, in the implementation and operation of facilities including, but not limited to the supply of equipment. Energie Europe Service has to date more than ten years of experience in the production and conversion of energy.

In 2020, Energie Europe Service (FR:MLEES) change its name to GALATIA ENERGIE.

GALATIA ENERGIE through its subsidiary is an independent power producer, distribution, and service provider in the operation & maintenance of the power plants in electricity production from hydro, thermal, solar, biomass, and wind energies (combining storage solutions).

As an integrated company, GALATIA ENERGIE has developed a strong expertise throughout the value chain of electricity projects: project development, project financing, EPC, and operation & maintenance.

The Group is currently active in 2 countries and is able to offer services to its clients.

As of March 2022, GALATIA ENERGIE through its subsidiary, achieved approximately 76% construction progress of 62 MW power plant and 176 MW power projects in the pre-development and development stage consolidated in installed capacity.
